Finca Fenix is 30-40 minutes from Malaga airport and the Costa del Sol and is within a couple of minutes drive to all local restaurants, cafes and other amenities.

Álora - Set in a beautiful valley with a Moorish castle perched upon one of the peaks, the ancient town of Álora is just 40km northwest of Malaga, surrounded by mountains, citrus orchards, olive and almond groves.

This stunning and sweet smelling vista provides fantastic views, which change constantly with the seasons. It is not uncommon to see locals picking wild cactus fruit in summer, an activity that changes to walking the hills to pick wild asparagus in the winter.

Whilst close enough to the coast to make the tourist amenities accessible, Álora is far enough away to retain typical Andalucian charm. There is a swift, clean and inexpensive train linking Álora to Malaga and the coast but to enjoy all that Andalucia has to offer a car is essential. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes to Malaga city centre, with its magnificent cathedral, ancient café-lined streets, bustling nightlife and interesting shopping.
