Rates and Booking

Finca Fenix offers accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms within 2 apartments but for guests requiring fewer bedrooms we are pleased to offer reduced rates to make your holiday accommodation more affordable.

Rates do not include airport transfers, however if you require any help regarding this or car hire etc. we are happy to advise.

Min stay 2 nights.
Summer rates apply for Christmas and New Year .
Check-in time is at 2.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am. Early arrivals/late departures can be arranged provided that there are no back to back bookings.

Accommodation and Cancellation Policy

1. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the booking receipt.
2. To confirm the reservation 25% of the total due is required at the time of the booking with the balance due at least 14 days prior to arrival if paying by bank transfer (to allow for bank delays) or immediately upon arrival if paying in cash. Cheques are not accepted.
3. In the event of a cancelled booking, the deposit is not refundable unless the premises are rebooked for the entire period you had booked, in which case a cancellation fee of 50 euros shall be charged.
4. The booking is made in good faith by Finca Fenix but may be subject to any change as may be notified by Finca Fenix prior to the commencement of the booking.
5. No responsibility is taken for occupants personal property left on the premises. However, all reasonable care will be taken to secure property identified ed as "left behind" for your later collection. Safes are available for your use free of charge.
6. All guests shall be mindful of and respect the privacy of other guests if the property is rented as two separate units rather than the whole house. Disruptive behavior is not acceptable.
7. Finca Fenix requests a cautionary deposit of 200 euros, which is payable in advance or in cash upon arrival. Against this deposit you are free to borrow from a large selection of DVDs. Finca Fenix will refund the full amount or balance upon departure.
8. Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported to Finca Fenix management at your earliest convenience. You agree to pay Finca Fenix for the replacement or repair cost arising from any damage or loss to Finca Fenix property if Finca Fenix management requests it.
9. Finca Fenix reserves the right to refuse its accommodation, amend the charge, or terminate the occupancy.
